Ian is a founding partner at Resolute Productions and an executive producer with over 10 years of experience in the broadcast and live event industry. Ian got started in presidential politics on Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign— working as a national advance lead for Secretary Hillary Clinton and President Bill Clinton. Most recently, Ian served as the Director of Presidential Production at the White House under President Joe Biden. In this role, he managed over 1,200 presidential events across 19 countries and 28 states, showcasing his expertise in high-stakes event production and complex logistics. Originally from Florida, Ian is passionate about finding new ways to visually communicate clients’ messages, leveraging his political acumen and production expertise to deliver world-class events.

Teagan is a founding partner and the creative director at Resolute Productions, leveraging her extensive experience in presidential events at the White House and Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign. As Graphic Designer and Deputy Director of Presidential Production at the White House, she designed print and digital graphics for over 500 presidential events, crafting the visual identity of the Biden-Harris Administration. Teagan has managed complex productions, including shaping the visual design of many U.S.-hosted world summits. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Teagan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Communications and American History from the University of Pennsylvania.
