Set along the banks of the River Moy in Ballina, Ireland, President Biden’s speech in his ancestral hometown celebrated the values of “history, heritage, and hope.” The event required the closure of four roadways and two major bridges leading into the small town. Our team developed a comprehensive event plan, implementing a multi-tiered credentialing and ticketing system along with an extensive crowd hospitality strategy to accommodate over 27,000 attendees.

To enhance efficiency and streamline communication among our team of production specialists, multiple government entities, and numerous security agencies, we created 3D scale renderings of the event site to have accurate planning down to the centimeter.
